The gap we kept seeing
Over more than two decades of building and running infrastructure, one pattern repeated itself. Smaller and mid-sized organizations were stuck choosing between two bad options. On one side, a freelancer or a single technician who could keep the lights on but had no depth when something genuinely broke. On the other, a large managed-services firm with real capability but slow response times, junior staff on the front line, and contracts that treated every client the same.
Neither option treats technology as what it actually is for these businesses: a foundation, not a commodity. We built Provada to be the third option — senior engineering capability, delivered by people who stay close enough to understand your business and accountable enough to own the outcome.

Where we are headed
Provada is the parent company in a small family of focused practices: managed IT and infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and the software and digital products we build for clients to take to market. Each one reflects the same conviction — that good engineering, delivered honestly and kept close, compounds in value over time.
